At Easy Day Tools we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll help you out. Below you'll find how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. 14-day right of return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you'd like to return it — no reason needed. This applies to all customers in Canada, the Netherlands and the European Union.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.

2. Condition of returned items

You may unpack and check your product the way you would in a store. Please return it complete, with all parts and accessories, and preferably in its original packaging. If a product shows signs of use beyond what's needed to check it, we may deduct an amount for the reduced value.

3. How to return an item

Contact us first at info@easydaytools.com or fill in our return request form. Please include your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
We confirm your return. Once we've confirmed your request, you can send your return to the address below. Please always contact us first, so we can link your return to your order.
Ship the item back with a tracked shipping method and send us the tracking number.

The costs of returning an item are for your own account, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered (see below).

4. Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item arrives damaged, doesn't work properly, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@easydaytools.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll offer a replacement or a refund — at no extra cost to you. In many cases you won't even need to send the item back.

5. Exchanges

Want a different product? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the product you'd like.

6. Refunds

Once we've received (or received proof of shipment of) your return, we'll let you know by email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request. Please note it can take a few extra days before your bank or card provider shows the refund on your account.
